I am a technologist interested in how technology can serve marginalized users. At Oregon State University I earned a PhD in Computer Science for my research on how activist movements consider privacy and use digital information technology. I have years of experience in various aspects of the Software Development stack and Data Analytics. My skills cross many disciplines of science, art, and communication, which allows me to solve a variety of problems.

Wrote, developed, and improved computer science curriculum. Integrated Software Engineering frameworks such as Git, Continuous Integration, and Testing into coursework to better support student learning and exposure to development technology.

Graduate Researcher / Teaching Assistant

Conducted Human Computer Interaction (HCI) research on privacy considerations and supported instructors in HCI and Software Engineering courses. Mentored and supervised junior graduate and undergraduate students.
